The PAR Board of Directors is blessed to have Randall Wilbur as part of our Leadership Team.

From the first meeting between Mark McManus and Randall there was a kindred spirit and like-minded vision of helping those bound in addiction to experience freedom in Christ. This sentiment was unanimously shared and confirmed by fellow Directors of the Board.

It was yet another Godly designed fit in PAR ministry.

Randall moved to Montana with his family from Oklahoma to start the state’s first men’s Adult and Teen Challenge program and is currently their Director of the Billing’s men’s campus of Adult and Teen Challenge Pacific Northwest bringing to the PAR Board 10 years of faith-based recovery ministry experience.

Randall is also a success story in not only graduating Teen Challenge of OK in 2005 experiencing firsthand the bondage and destructive forces of addiction but the freedom and victory over addiction through Jesus Christ.

He then embraced God’s second change going on to graduate Southwestern AOG University with a BA in Church Ministries faithfully serving Teen Challenge in various capacities over the years, including helping to pastor and church plant in Wyoming.

We’re excited to see God work in 2021 as we welcome Randall to the team.
